Our Home Care and Live in Care service enables our clients to continue living independently within the comfort and security of their own homes.
There are many reasons why you may be considering care options. You may be looking for immediate home help or personal care for an elderly friend or loved one, or you may be seeking care for yourself.
Your needs may vary from light support and home help to more intensive needs such as personal care, night care or full time live in care. Those requirements could be the result of an accident or illness, recovery from an operation or hospital visit, or simply to help you enjoy a better quality of life.
Our Home Care and Live in Care service promotes independent living and can be a great alternative to residential care homes and nursing care.
Receiving care at home is an ideal way to keep your independence and preferred routines. Our fully trained Carers are able to support you from one hour a week (our Home Care Service) to full time 24 hour care (our Live in Care service).
Home Care | Companionship, Home Help & Personal Care
Our home care service allows you to remain living independently within the comfort of your own familiar surroundings by providing a little home help and support at the times of day or week when you need it most. Our home care service is available in and around Malvern and Worcester.
We can provide care at home from as little as once a week, perhaps for a trip out, although we are often asked to help our elderly clients and those with disabilities on a daily basis.
Normally we assist at multiple times during the day, for example with a home care visit in the morning, at lunch, tea-time and/or in the evening. These home care visits may be as short as 15 minutes or as long as you would like.
Our experience has shown that a personal care visit will typically range from 30 minutes to an hour whilst a companionship or home help visit may last for up to several hours depending upon the client's needs and preferences.
We can also provide night care including sleepover and waking night cover. A few home care visits a day can often make the difference between needing to go into a residential care home or being able to stay in your own home.

Live in Care
Live in care is an ideal solution for anyone who wants to remain at home and receive one-to-one full time care.
It can be a great alternative to a residential care home for those that prefer independent living and can manage at home with the support and help of a fully trained carer. Our Live in care service is available in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.
The live in carer lives in the client's home and follows a bespoke care plan tailored specifically for the individual. This takes into account the client's needs, routine, preferences and favourite activities.
Our live in carers are able to support a wide range of adults including the elderly and frail, those with physical disabilities, people with hearing or eyesight difficulties, dementia or those with a terminal illness.
The types of tasks that a live in carer is able to support with include:
Home help, companionship and support such as shopping and trips out, meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands, participation in hobbies, activities and crafts and feeding pets.
Personal care such as assistance with bathing and dressing, eating, prompting or administering medication, assistance with mobility, toileting and incontinence.
